Glencoe was laid out on wooded bluffs above the lake, and many houses here come with mature trees, tight driveways and attached garages. Leaves, sap and wet grit end up on every garage floor, and the spring thaw keeps basements damp longer than most people expect.
So we start with what's actually there, not a one-size package.
We read the slab before we quote. Moisture, cracks and old sealers all change which product makes sense. Our coating systems page lays out the options.
Flake for garages, metallic for show. Most Glencoe garages get a flake blend that hides dirt. For a lower level or home bar, a metallic epoxy floor gives that deep, poured-stone look.
Tidy edges matter here. Older garages have odd corners, floor drains and steps, and we take the time to finish them neatly.
