Deer Park incorporated in 1957, when residents passed an ordinance limiting homes to one per acre to keep the area rural. The village stayed quiet until the late 1970s, when larger houses began to go up, and it grew to about 3,900 residents by 2000. That gives the village a mix of 1970s and 1980s slabs and much newer construction.
Older or newer, every slab gets the same careful start.
Preparation comes first. Grinding, crack repair and moisture testing are part of every job, as explained on our epoxy surface preparation page.
Each floor gets its own system. We choose from our coating systems based on how the space is used, from daily parking to a home gym.
Color options to match the house. Flake, solid, metallic and quartz finishes come in neutral grays and warm tones.
