Barrington Hills was incorporated on July 5, 1957, with five-acre minimum zoning meant to keep the area rural. The result is a village of large homes, long private drives and more than 5,000 acres of forest preserve, where many properties have detached garages, workshops and barns alongside the main house.
Floors in those buildings work harder than a typical suburban garage, so we plan each one around how it is really used.
We pick the system for the load. Tractors, trailers and heavy vehicles need a different build than a two-car garage. We choose from our coating systems to match.
We seal porous outbuilding slabs. Older workshop floors are often dusty and unsealed. An epoxy concrete coating stops the dust and makes spills easy to clean.
We plan around long drives and gravel. Grit tracked in from gravel or long driveways calls for a textured, scratch-resistant finish.
We give one quote for every building. If you are coating a garage, a workshop and a basement, you get one clear written estimate.
