Deer Park was set up with one home per acre to stay rural, and the bigger houses mostly came after the late 1970s. That gives the village a mix of older slabs and much newer construction.
Older or newer, every slab gets the same careful start.
Preparation comes first. Grinding, crack repair and moisture testing are part of every job, as explained on our epoxy surface preparation page.
Each floor gets its own system. We choose from our coating systems based on how the space is used, from daily parking to a home gym.
Color options to match the house. Flake, solid, metallic and quartz finishes come in neutral grays and warm tones.
